Regression:Black patch appears after clicking on 'switch person' overlay .

Issue descriptionChrome version:51.0.2672.0 (Official Build)b4fd57023ade2863e463d3380456968dca6c8bcf-refs/heads/master@{#380022}(32/64 bit) OS:Windows 8 (Aero enabled) Steps to reproduce the issue: 1.Launch chrome and open a NTP. 2.Click on the 'avatar' icon on the R.H.S and click on 'switch person' option and observe. Actual:Black patch appears after clicking on 'switch person' overlay. Expected:Black patch should not be seen on 'switch person' overlay. However the GDI content behind it still updates, which causes the window to flash black for a few frames when it's first created. This seems to be fixed on Windows 10, but before that there doesn't seem to be a good workaround. So for now we'll disable DirectComposition on Windows 8 and 8.1.
