!!!! enable-md-history notworking

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. chrome://flags
2. enable "enable-md-history"
3. restart chrome
4. error(not display)

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Not display

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Material Design history is currently in progress. In the coming few months, you'll start to see changes behind that flag (there's some changes in M50 and M51, currently in dev/canary channel). You can also follow along with the progress at  issue 425625 .

In the meantime, this is Working As Intended.
