When using Quasar (standalone chrome hangouts app), the app and window switch shortcuts on mac do not work as they should.

From Chrome, app switch to hangouts does work.
From hangouts, app switch back to chrome doesn't work (chrome is always the first icon in the app list window instead of hangouts)

From chrome, window switch considers quasar to be a chrome window (rather than a separate app). So when I tab through open chrome windows, hangouts pops up. This shouldn't happen. Hangouts should be considered a separate app.
