Chrome crush immediately after reopening it

Issue description

Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox:
         IE:TEST ON IE

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Open chrome and browse internet
(2)I have two connection, one is PCIe, the other is USB Wireless. Now, change network connection-->disable PCIe.
(3)Chrome crush
(4)Chrome crush immediately after reopening it

What is the expected result?
No crush

What happens instead?
Chrome Crush immediately after reopening it

I think the problem is my chrome account. If a rename the Defaut folder at "\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data". This will not happened. If I logo on my chrome account, sync every thing, and redo the step 1 and 2. Chrome crush and crush imeediately after re-opening it

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Closing the issue as there is no user update on this for long.

Requesting the reporter to file a new issue with the crash id from the latest stable chrome version and OS platform details if the crashes still happen.
