MD - bookmark star doesn't show active ripple when bubble is activated by ctrl-D

Project Member Reported by est...@chromium.org, Mar 9 2016

Issue description

title. It looks especially weird because there is a ripple effect on dismiss. We should either

a) remove the dismiss ripple effect, restore the arrow that points at the star
or
b) add the active effect like you get when clicking on the star.

Valery, I remember discussing this with you a few weeks ago but I don't remember the outcome of the conversation. From the two options Evan listed, I'd vote for (b). WDYT?
I think sgabriel asked for (b). It may be not easy to follow for all icons / bubbles to distinguish between a user action like a keyboard shortcut and purely programmatic web page action but on the other hand always showing it to make it consistent doesn't seem to be too bad for me.
