Allow UnixDomain[Client|Server]Socket with type SOCK_SEQPACKET

Feature description:

Currently UnixDomain[Client|Server]Socket can only create socket with type SOCK_STREAM. Chromecast has the requirement of socket with type SOCK_SEQPACKET because it provides more guarantee on message boundary.

Simply add a |type| argument to UnixDomainClientSocket, UnixDomainServerClient and SocketPosix to allow caller to pass their desired socket type.

Current only cast needs this feature, so no need to perform the change in net package. Close it.
