Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2657.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Clone https://github.com/GoogleChrome/chrome-app-samples 2. Load /samples/webview-samples/webview unpacked as a Chrome App 3. Open the app and hit "Go to Google.com" in one of the views 4. In the Google search box, hold the letter "A" to open the diacritics menu What is the expected behavior? The menu should appear next to the input caret What went wrong? The menu appears at (0,0) relative to the window Did this work before? One thing to note about this bug, it appears to be related to system DPI, so if it doesn't repro on your machine, try one with a Retina display.
