Unable to reload a website after crash

Issue description

Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari: OK
    Firefox: OK
         IE: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Crashed the browser (out to login page) when trying to load multiple instances of a particular website that has pretty intense WebGL data
(2) Tried to go back to that webpage

What is the expected result?
Reload webpage as normally

What happens instead?
Never able to go back to that website again, getting Aw, Snap! error

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Tried wiping the device with on/off Dev Mode, still not resolved. Other devices don't have this problem.

rangerdevel@ - Could you please provide more information of your chrome version including OS platform details for further investigation. Moreover please recheck this issue by creating a new profile under chrome://settings without any apps or extensions in your browser. If this issue still persists please provide the crash ID's as well from chrome://crashes.
It's chrome version 48.0.2564.116
Checked with another profile, didn't work
I had to do another factory reset, it went back to normal, and we did some
changes in our code to limit the memory requests from chromebook, seems to
solve the problem
I don't have the crash reporting enabled because my work policy may not
allow it
