Style sheet links missing in dev tools with new workplace set up

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) - Link a localhost folder to the workplace
(2) - Inspect an element
(3) - In the styles pane to the right, notice the stylesheet link missing, its supposed to sit top right of the selector.

What is the expected result?
- to see a style sheet link

What happens instead?
 - No stylesheet link :(

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Forgot to say: Step (1.5) Map the stylesheet to the newly added workspace folder.

Unable to repro this issue on MAC (10.11.3) for Google Chrome Stable Version - 49.0.2623.87

I've just tried this on my macbook and your right, its doesn't happen. I think it might just be a windows issue. I'm using windows 10. Have made a screen recording for you to understand the issue:

FYI Replied a couple of days ago with a screen recording, its a windows
issue.

When accessed the URL "http://localhost/livelonger" an error message "This site can’t be reached" is displayed.

Could you please provide us the correct URL to repro this issue, which would help us in triaging it further.
