Issue description
Chrome Version : 49.0.2623.75
OS Version: OS X 10.11.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Latest version of Chrome, open DevTools
2. Look at blurry icon
3.
What is the expected result?
Nice sharp icons
What happens instead of that?
Blurry icons
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Could be to do with viewing on external display but unsure.

Do you have zoom in DevTools? Try hitting Cmd+0 while focus is in DevTools. Does this fix the problem?
