Support Chromecast sender apps in mobile chrome on both iOS and Android

Steps to reproduce the problem:
It would be great if chromecast chrome sender apps could be used/written on the mobile chrome browser too.  It would be great if both chrome on iOS and Android were supported, but I would take one to start with. :)

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Chromecast sender apps do not work on mobile chrome.

Chrome 48 for Android and above supports Cast Web SDK. Not that many websites use it today though (dailymotion.com should work). See https://plus.google.com/+LeonNicholls/posts/UNzAUkZpr4r
Chrome on iOS supports it too (e.g. m.youtube.com supports casting).

We're working on adding more Chrome sender apps to our portfolio but it doesn't depend on Chrome developers :)
