Chrome translate content in <code> and <kbd>

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.75 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
http://hiloteam.github.io/tutorial/index.html

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to this link http://hiloteam.github.io/tutorial/index.html
2. Accept the translation in your language
3. And see the code translate in <code>

What is the expected behavior?
code in <code> shouldn't be translated

What went wrong?
The <code>'s content shouldn't be translated

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes
