What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome -> Goto Webstore and copy above URL to add "Screencastify (Screen Video Recorder)" Extension
(2)Now Click on Extension Icon which is available beside omnibox -> Navigates to "chrome-extension://mmeijimgabbpbgpdklnllpncmdofkcpn/app.html#/welcome" page
(3)Then Try to Zoom in/out the Page Using Ctrl++, Ctrl-- or else click on Zoom in/out button at Wrench Menu and observe

Expected: Should be able to Zoom in/out the Screencastify  setup Page
Actual: Instead Unable to Zoom in/out the page

This is Non-Regression Issue observed from  M-42
