Weird behavior of drop down is observed on 'devpost.com/software.'

Chrome Version: 50.0.2661.18 Revision 065abedd019e82448b309ca31e8b5dc99c1b5c63-refs/branch-heads/2661@{#119}(32/64 bit)
OS: All(Win-7 Aero Enabled)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to http://devpost.com/software/built-with/fabric-js
(2) Click on 'Filters' option present on right side of the page then click on 'Newest' drop down and observe.

Weird behavior is observed After clicking on 'Newest' drop down i.e. drop down is misplaced.

Drop down should not misplaced.

This is a Non-regression issue,seen from 'M-30' series.

Note: Issue is not seen on Mozilla Firefox browser.
