Regression: Unnecessary focus highlight is seen on 'Cast to' drop down after opening 'Cast' dialog.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 51.0.2671.0 Revision fcf7354b33a5df1f26cee7c2da9b7c4864897679-refs/heads/master@{#379691} OS: Mac Precondition: Enabled 'Media Router' flag from chrome://flags What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome,click on 'Cast' option from wrench menu, observe. Unnecessary focus is seen on 'Cast to' drop down. Focus should not seen on 'Cast to' drop down. I don't see a problem with focus being on the first UI element.

I reverted the CL causing this last night. Looks like the reverts didn't make it in time for Canary, which is causing some issues today. :( |
