Regression: Print preview is not seen properly.

Chrome Version: 51.0.2671.0 (Official Build) fcf7354b33a5df1f26cee7c2da9b7c4864897679-refs/heads/master@{#379691} 
OS: Mac

Steps:
1. Launch Chrome and go to NTP
2. Give Print command and observe

Actual: Print preview is not seen properly

Expected: Print preview should be seen properly

This is a regression issue broken in M-51, will soon update the other info.
