What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and go to "http://www.walmart.com/"
(2)Type some text on search button then right side of the search  button cancel symbol will show
(3)Observe the Focus ring of the cancel symbol

What is the expected output? 
Shape of Focus ring of the cancel symbol should display properly.

What do you see instead?
Shape of Focus ring of the cancel symbol is not seen properly.[Refer the snap shots]

Note:
Issue is not seen in Firefox


This is a regression issue.
