Goma doesn't start on Linux (main waterfall)

Project Member Reported by shinyak@chromium.org, Mar 8 2016

Issue description

https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium/waterfall?builder=Linux

Goma doesn't start on Linux. It looks working in the other bots.

Possible cause
- network issue?
- 32bit user land problem?

Because goma is not used, compile is extremely slow (80~90 minutes, while < 15 minutes before).

I've logged in the Linux machine, and manually run x64 version compiler_proxy. However, it didn't start correctly (so I've killed it).

How it did not run correctly?
Same issue as x86 version. ping timeout.
The original problem:
compiler_proxy doesn't start because initial ping timeout.

x64 version has the same problem on the same machine. So, maybe it's not 32bit user land problem.

Hmm, now it's fixed? Not sure why.

I feel network is bad, but I don't have any evidence.
Closing since the problem is gone.
