Get rid of PositionAnchorType::AfterChildren

PositionAnchorType::AfterChildren can be represent with 
 - AfterNode, if container node has last child, or 
 - BeforeChildren, if container node has no children.

To improve readability, we should get rid of redundant enum member AfterChildren.
