Imported test external/wpt/html/browsers/history/the-history-interface/007.html is failing |

Issue descriptionVersion: 51 canary OS: All What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open http://w3c-test.org/html/browsers/history/the-history-interface/007.html What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Expected: All tests pass. Actual: Four tests fail. Please use labels and text to provide additional information. I think there are two problems: * popstate event should be dispatched before load event. A bug in LocalDOMWindow::documentWasClosed(). * The first load event is not canceled by history.go(-1). These tests pass on Firefox and Edge.

I verified that I'm still seeing these same failures on current canary (59.0.3063.0) Kinuko/kouhei: I'm trying to ensure all Hotlist-Interop bugs get triaged (verified, Available with priority assigned or explicitly WontFix'd, etc.). This one has been untriaged for over a year. Can you please take a look and decide if it's something loading-dev will plan to look into someday.

Firefox and Edge: all tests PASS. We should fix this given that at least 2 other UA are aligned and 100% PASS.

Per https://wpt.fyi/results/html/browsers/history/the-history-interface/007.html?label=experimental this is failing only in Chrome. The test times out in Safari so there may be a problem there as well, but the subtests do pass in Edge and Firefox, so yes, this is an interop issue. |
