Music unmutes momentarily during tab close

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.75 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://dang2250314.pixnet.net/blog/post/283405013-%E6%9D%B1%E5%8D%AF%E5%B1%B1-%E8%A6%96%E9%87%8E%E9%A2%A8%E6%83%85%E9%8C%84 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Browse the URL. Notice there is music playing. Right click on tab: Mute tab. Music stops. 2. Finish browsing the tab. Click on the tab's "X". 3. Tab closes, but in the process half a second of music is again heard! What is the expected behavior? Tab closes without any music returning. What went wrong? Even a fraction of a second of music returning is alarming and wakes people in the same room up. Did this work before? N/A Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A Does this work in other browsers?
