Chromium Repo Access Request

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/48.0.2564.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
I followed the instructions in Section 2 and found an error when running:

repo init -u https://chrome-internal.googlesource.com/chromeos/manifest-internal.git --repo-url='https://chromium.googlesource.com/external/repo.git' 

The error shows:
gpg: Signature made Fri 13 Feb 2015 03:37:28 PM PST using RSA key ID 18275935
gpg: Can't check signature: public key not found
error: could not verify the tag 'v1.12.16-cr1'

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Do not have access to Chromium repo. 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 48.0.2564.116  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0

I cannot reproduce this; it works fine for me. Can you please provide:
1) A link to the instructions you are following
2) A full log of what the repo command prints (e.g. on go/paste)
