When recording a mobile phone timeline via chrome://inspect provide more feedback to the user when finishing the timeline recording

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.75 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. record a timeline via chrome://inspect on a phone with screenshots turned on
2. note how the timeline recording sits on the finishing phase for quite a while with no user feedback

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
There should be a higher level of feedback granularity when finishing the timeline recording on a phone, because it seems like things are frozen.
