Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. disable javascript on a page in mobile chrome on android
2. record a timeline on said page (with screenshots and javascript profiling)
3. notice how it never finishes

What is the expected behavior?
The timeline should finish or at least prevent me from recording a timeline.

What went wrong?
The timeline never finishes and I have to quit the inspect tab in chrome.
