When javascript is disabled in the browser devtools timeline acts strangely

Project Member Reported by samccone@google.com, Mar 8 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.75 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. disabled javascript on a page
2. record a timeline with screenshots, paint, and javascript
3. observe the delta between the recording with javascript turned on and javascript turned off

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
It would be nice if dev tools would warn you before you recorded the timeline when javascript is disabled.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.75 Channel: n/a
OS Version:
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0

What's the strangeness? Works fine for me.
It works, it is just that I no longer get certain pieces of data that I used to. Obviously I no longer get a JS Profile, however strangely enough I am not seeing any screenshots. Is this the expected behavior?
