When characters are combined into a single glyph (f + i = fi) it is not possible to select the individual characters

Project Member Reported by pdr@chromium.org, Mar 8 2016

Issue description

Version: 50.0.2661.11/dev
OS: OSX 10.11.5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open http://jsbin.com/nizuda (most visible on OSX)
(2) Try to select a single 'i'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Firefox and Safari both support selecting individual characters even if they have been combined into one glyph. Chrome doesn't.

The root cause of this bug is in ShapeResult::RunInfo::xPositionForOffset where we don't have per-character advance data, only per-glyph advances.
