System hang observed on device Jaq during 'Insert relay'

Project Member Reported by srcv@chromium.org, Mar 7 2016

Issue description

Chrome Version: 50.0.2661.16 / 7978.6.0 dev
Device: Jaq

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Browse to https://webrtc.github.io/samples/src/content/peerconnection/multiple-relay/
2. Open the javascript console (alt+cmd+j or ctr+shift+j) and watch for any errors
3. Click Start, verify that your local video preview appears in the left pane.
4. Click Call, verify that your remote video appears in the right pane. The text "1 elements in chain" now appears in javascript console.
5. Click "Insert Relay"
6. Observe that the "elements in chain" counter increments but remote video is not displayed in right pane (known issue crbug/572964)
7. Repeat step 5 3-4 times and observe that system gets stuck. Only mouse cursor movements are working.

Expected result:
Even though remote video is not observed due to known issue(crbug/572964), no system hang should be observed while inserting relay.

Actual result:
System hang is observed while inserting relay. Only mouse cursor movements are working

Notes:
1. Crash ID related to system hang: aeab7ec800000000
2. Please find attached generate_logs dump from device Jaq
