Pdf XFA: Standard text box keybinding do not work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Try to fill an XFA form such as http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5257E.pdf
(2) In the full name field, click to type and type a name.
(3) Use Ctrl+A to select the whole field. Nothing happens.
(4) Select text and Ctrl+X to cut. Nothing happens.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the binding Ctrl+{a,x,c,v,z} to work, but they do not.

Pushing this out to the followup bug. We didn't have these keybindings for the other forms for the longest time, so not having them here at launch is fine I think.
