Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.75 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Change themes from Desktop -> Personalize -> High Contrast Themes(any of below themes). 2. Switch to or launch Chrome. 3. Right-click anywhere or click Settings menu. What is the expected behavior? Context menu items should display according to the theme or in white text on black background (since it's high-contrast) or, at the very least, display the regular black text on white background. What went wrong? Context menu items are all whited out. White text on white background. Did this work before? Yes Last week it was fine. Chrome version: 49.0.2623.75 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0 Problem existed before and was reported here: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=292943
