" seen on android_webview_aosp_perf_bisect in builds # 63 and # 64.

Status: Fixed (was: Untriaged)
This was caused by https://codereview.chromium.org/1718093003
and should have been fixed by https://codereview.chromium.org/1759553006

I'll keep an eye on it to make sure the next bisect works.
