Uninstall prompt for canary shows default browser checkbox on Win10 |

Issue descriptionChrome can't set the user's default browser to something else on uninstall, so it shouldn't present this option to the user.

Ah, it's only for canary. Looks like r358417 wasn't quite correct. Duping into issue 551970 and reopening that issue. |
