Dotted line seen below the "web analytics" text in "http://www.webanalytics.gov.in/index.php" link

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome navigate to "http://www.webanalytics.gov.in/index.php"
2.Observe the dotted line is shown line is shown below "web analytics" text 

What is the expected output? 
Dotted line should not show below the "web analytics" text

What do you see instead?
Dotted line seen on below the "web analytics" text [Refere the snap shot ]


Note : This is a non regression issue seen from M29 [29.0.1514.0] dev chennal
this issue is not not reproducible in windows

Issue is not seen in Firefox.

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.11 using chrome version 49.0.2623.81

That's not supposed to be dotted line, it's the top of another title image that is hidden by setting overflow hidden.

Not showing it at all better matches the intentions of the author and other browsers.
