What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and login with valid credentials to https://www.google.co.in/
2.Click on app list and drag any app out and right click on app, observe.

Actual: App dragged from list is displayed even after right clicking on it to open context menu.

Expected: Drag app should not be displayed once right click on it.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-30 series (Chrome version: 30.0.1549.0)

Note: Issue not seen on Windows & Linux OS.
