Sometimes Tabs get "corrupted"

Reported by christop...@gmail.com, Mar 7 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.75 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
None

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. I open a webpage
2. The page rendering is weird: Blinking, elemented missplaced...

What is the expected behavior?
The webpage is rendered correctly

What went wrong?
See the attachment.

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A

Did this work before? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.75 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.11.4
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0

1. It not reproducible: Happens only sometimes, i couldn't figure out special webpages.
2. If a tab behaves like this, no page in this tab will be rendered correctly anymore. If i close the tab and open a new tab it will work again, the page renders correctly. Not sure if the problem is bound to a process or a tab. Also does not depend on the lifetime of the tab/process. In the recorder case it was a new tab and process - so it's not a problem of degradation. Also not a problem of low memory or that the HD is full.
3. The bug was introduced in Chrome 49. Before everything worked fine.
4. It happened like a dozen times so far on different web-pages.

This is an issue with the CoreAnimation rendering path.

Can you attach the output from chrome://gpu when this happens?
