Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.75 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Start chrome with --use-gl=desktop on windows 2. white page will appear, gpu process is respawning in loop What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? White page will appear, gpu process is respawning in loop. Unable to start chrome without ANGLE Crashed report ID: How much crashed? Just one tab Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? Yes Old versions of chrome. Chrome version: 49.0.2623.75 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0

Tried to launch on 5 different stations with NVIDIA graphics, different versions of Chrome/Chromium 45 - 51. None of them successfully launch. Will download older version to findout whet it has broken.
