Wrong position: absolute count for children of parent element with display: block

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 48.0.2564.116 m

Please check this example on Google Chrome and on IE or Mozilla. There are a problem with start point of a block which have closest element with position different of statistics and display: table

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 7, mac 10.10.5, Ubuntu 14.04 using 48.0.2564.116, latest stable 49.0.2623.75, canary 51.0.2669.0 with below steps:

1.Opened URL: https://jsfiddle.net/2wpfte4p/3/ in chrome, firefox, IE.
2.Observed the image same in firefox, IE but different in chrome.

Please find attached screenshots of chrome and firefox.

This is non regression issue seen from M-30(30.0.1549.0).Hence, marking it as untriaged.

Could anyone from dev team look into this issue please.

Sorry, there are a mistake in the name of this bug. Should be "display: table" instead "display: block"
