Debian packages: APT complains about missing i386 support in repository, please fix sources.list entry or add empty i386 Packages files

Reported by julian.k...@gmail.com, Mar 6 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.75 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install chrome on a multi-arch system
2.
3.

What is the expected behavior?
APT produces no warning.

What went wrong?
APT warns that the Google repository provides no i386 packages.

Did this work before? Yes Before i386 support was dropped

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.75 Channel: n/a
OS Version:
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0

The google-chrome-* packages ship a sources.list.d snippet with
an URL configured in it. Please change that to read

deb [arch=amd64] http://dl.google.com/linux/chrome/deb/ stable main

as otherwise people with multi-arch systems will see errors, because
APT complains that the repository does not provide i386 Packages.

Providing an empty i386 Packages files should also solve the
issue.
