Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/48.0.2564.116 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Fill in some web form 2. Try and tinker with Settings What is the expected behavior? I should be able to set things like this: - I do want autocomplete for single input fields, that is, autocomplete the field I am typing in - but I HATE when I type my email address into a form, I hit the tab key to take advantage of the autocomplete for the email address, and it automatically fills the rest of the form with my full name, address and whatnot, which in many cases is not required and I don't want to fill in. Not to mention that often it fills in RANDOM fields, e.g. putting my address in a field that has nothing to do with an address. I should be able to configure the two things separately. There should be a setting for enabling autocomplete (that is, autocomplete the single field I'm typing in), and another setting for autofill whole forms (that is, automatically fill in other fields with related data). What went wrong? You either enable both or neither. Either you have the annoying autofill of whole forms, or you have to renounce to even basic autocomplete. It's STUPID. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 48.0.2564.116 Channel: n/a OS Version: Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0

Please reopen, this still needs to be fixed. Btw, automatically archiving bugs because they haven't been fixed or triaged is idiotic. |
