SLIDESHOW IMAGE ROTATION CAUSES BRIEF RESIZING OF SURROUNDING GRAPHICS

  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari: PASS (Version on iphone 6)
    Firefox: PASS (Version 44)
         IE: PASS (Version 11)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open http://biowisealliance.org/ in Chrome
2. open http://biowisealliance.org/ in ie 11 or Firefox 44
3. observe in Chrome the surrounding graphics resize briefly smaller and return to larger size upon each slide rotation


What is the expected result?
surrounding graphics are stationary upon each slide rotation

What happens instead?
surrounding graphics resize upon each slide rotation. Nearby graphics resize briefly smaller and return to larger size upon each slide rotation.

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 7, Mac 10.10.5, Ubuntu 14.04 using 49.0.2623.75, latest canary 51.0.2669.0 with below steps:

1.Opened URL: http://biowisealliance.org/ in chrome.
2.Observed that the surrounding graphics resize briefly smaller and return to larger size upon each slide rotation.

Please find attached screencast.

This is non regression issue seen from M-30(30.0.1549.0).Hence, marking it as untriaged.Cpuld anyone from dev team look into this issue please.

Exact same thing happens on FireFox 46.0.1 and Edge.

Attaching screenshots of FireFox. This would be a site issue since it happens in 3 different browser implementations.
