Issue descriptionExample URL: http://www.transtartech.com/new/ Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open any page on that root URL. 2. The black stripe appears, occasionally filled with random rendering buffer garbage. What is the expected behavior? The page renders fully without a black stripe appearing. What went wrong? Apparently, something about the way I do the absolutely-positioned elements on the screen is causing the browser to render part of its assembly buffer on-screen. Also, the footer renders above the black stripe, and it should be attached to the bottom of the browser window. Also, pinch zooming causes random page elements to appear in the black stripe, which is what leads me to believe that it is some kind of assembly buffer. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? No Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 48.0.2564.95 Channel: stable OS Version: 5.1.1; Nexus 7 Build/LMY48I Flash Version: Unknown / N/A This bug only appears on the current version of Chrome for Android that I can tell. In Chrome for Windows it looks fine. Also renders correctly in FireFox for Windows and current versions of Internet Explorer 11.
