Chrome OS Platform: Chrome Pixel 2

Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add
the label below).

Can't do that from this template, which doesn't show the label fields.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Take a screenshot with Ctrl+Shift+WinSwitcher
2. Click Copy to Clipboard
3. Attempt to paste into a new Tweet (via Ctrl+V or Paste context menu)

Expected Result: Image pastes

Actual Result: Nothing happens.

How frequently does this problem reproduce? Always.

What is the impact to the user: Annoyance

is there a workaround? If so, what is it? Perform a traditional file upload of the screenshot file.

This works fine on Mac/Windows, and paste into traditional HTML editable regions seems to work okay. So either Twitter is doing something especially weird, or the problem is that some other API isn't working.

This should probably be a Twitter-outreach bug. Ctrl+V of images works on Twitter if you change Chrome's UA String to Internet Explorer 10.
