Layout Test usb/usbDevice.html is slow |

Issue descriptionThe following layout test is flaky on all platforms: usb/usbDevice.html http://test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#tests=usb%2FusbDevice.html I have no idea when this started. It appears to always time out during the main run and then pass on a retry. scheib@, can you figure out who should look at this?

I don't believe this test actually fails on bots. It simply does a bunch of work and needs some extra time to run. Mark it as slow to see if that makes the timeouts go away. If not then there is a real bug in the test. I've determined that this test is simply slow and rockot@ is investigating whether excessive thread hopping in the Mojo layer is partially to blame.
