M51 Canary - Saved pages don't appear in "Saved offline" list |

Issue descriptionVersion: 51.0.2667.0 OS: Android K After saving a couple pages (xkcd.com, cnn.com) and opening the "Saved offline" section of the bookmarks. Neither of them appear, and there's just an empty page. If I open the bookmarks themselves, I see the offline copy, and if I'm offline and open the bookmark it takes me to the offline version. But they still aren't listed in the "Saved offline" section. What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Start Chrome with Offline pages enabled 2. Navigate to a site (cnn.com) 3. Save an offline copy 4. Open Bookmarks > Saved offline 5. Observe there's an empty list.
