Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.75 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://scottjehl.com/css-temp/relpreloadbug.html Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Enable experimental web platform features in chrome://flags 2. go to http://scottjehl.com/css-temp/relpreloadbug.html 3. referenced css is not fetched and the console says: "<link rel=preload> must have a valid `as` value" What is the expected behavior? The css file should be loaded as a stylesheet. Spec says "as=stylesheet" is the proper value. https://www.w3.org/TR/2015/WD-preload-20150721/ What went wrong? The version of the spec that was used to file this bug was unfortunately outdated. The latest has as=style, which does work in Canary. https://www.w3.org/TR/preload/
