Stuck In Full Screen w/o a Keyboard

Reported by no.ka....@gmail.com, Mar 4 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.75 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Hide or remove your keyboard.
2. Use your mouse to click Menu > Full Screen
3. You are now stuck and require a keyboard to exit full screen.

What is the expected behavior?
Versions < 49 had an "Exit Full Screen" button on the ugly light yellow warning box when going full screen. So for mouse only systems like the majority of HTPC's, you could still exit Full Screen by bumping the top edge to get that warning to show up and click "Exit".

What went wrong?
The button to exit full screen is now gone and the only way to get out of it is to use F11 on a keyboard.

Which this is fine, preferred even, since it's more similar to other programs. However on mouse-only systems or systems with non-standard keyboards, you get stuck in Full Screen.

Did this work before? Yes All recent versions prior to Stable 49

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.75 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0

Please add an option to the right-click menu when in Full Screen mode to "Exit Full Screen Mode (F11)".

However this might not work on sites that use full screen Flash as a right-click would show you the flash menu and not Chrome's.

So the best option might be to put the "Exit Full Screen" button back up in the Full Screen Warning pop-up and make sure the pop-up shows up consistently when mousing near the top edge. Just please dont make the warning box that ugly light yellow color. The new black "F11" notification looks so much nicer.
