Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Select drop down box with days (1-31) 
2. Press 1 and 1 to select the day 11
3. Drop down box goes to 10 instead of 11
4. Same problem with number 22, but it goes to 20

What is the expected behavior?
Drop down box should select 11 not 10. Drop down box should select 22 not 20.

What went wrong?
When you type 1 and 1 for the number 11, it goes to the number 1 and then on the second keypunch it goes to 10 instead of 11.  When you type 2 and 2 for the number 22, it goes to the number 2 and then on the second keypunch it goes to 20 instead of 22.

This works as expected with Internet Explorer.  We decided to switch to Chrome for the browser and now our drop down boxes for entering days of the month do not work.
