Issue descriptionThe bot_update step on Win Zenbook Perf (3) is failing, likely due to failure to clone git.bat It has happened two builds in a row now, so it doesn't seem like flake. It looks like the last run succeeded after the two bot update errors, which were different from each other. The first looks like a timeout and the second an issue with cygwin memory (?). adding Infra-Platform where we're keeping an eye on bot_update issues, and removing from trooper queue.
