Steps To Reproduce:
1. Plug in USB stick  and try to scroll in File.app. 

Result:-
System hangs. Usually happens at the first time on any device always . 

Seen on pit pi daisy samus and chell.



How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)
 Randomly system hangs . Noticed this always the first time plug in the USB and try scolling.


What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
