allow setting speaker to ask in site settings for chrome on android

It's quite common these days to be reading a news article and to have some ad start making noise. Its really depressing when this happens and you are in a quiet place quietly reading news. Its even worse when your phone is sluggish because of the sudden video ad and you can't shut the sound off quickly.

Can we please make using the speaker something that can be set to "ask" mode in the site settings menu? We already have something for microphone.
