Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.75 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Join Google Hangout meeting
2. Project laptop screen on external monitor (through Dell lightning port)
3. Share desktop (either screen)

What is the expected behavior?
Shouldn't crash Chrome!

What went wrong?
Chrome crashes every time.

Crashed report ID: Crash ID cc9e07f000000000 (89e19c25-faaa-4a8f-91d6-0a72953f94f2)

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? No

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.75 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0

This is only happening on my new Dell XPS laptop. Dell reports that all updates have been applied.

I did more testing. Apparently the crash also occurs through the Dell docking station with an external monitor attached, BUT it only happens when the displays are duplicated, not when they are extended. In all cases the displays are different resolution than the main laptop screen (which is a high DPI screen).
